Any honest assessment of the USSR's experience regarding the war drama in Ukraine will prove the superiority of the socialist system.

On December 29, 1922, a conference of the plenipotentiary delegations of the socialist republics of Russia, Transcaucasia, Ukraine and Belarus, with the mandate of the workers' and revolutionary governments, approved the founding treaty and declaration of the USSR, thus establishing the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
